1. Adults only
VMatch is strictly for people aged 18 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Do not help a minor access the service or misrepresent another person's age.
Report anyone you reasonably suspect is under 18. We may restrict an account while we review an age-related report.
2. Consent and sexual conduct
- No nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit content, or unwanted sexual comments.
- No coercion, pressure, sexual threats, or continuing sexual conduct after discomfort or refusal.
- Do not record, photograph, screenshot, stream, or redistribute another person's image, voice, messages, or personal information without their clear permission.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Previous consent never removes someone's right to end a call.
3. Protect children
Child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors, or child sexual abuse material is prohibited. Severe cases may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities where legally required.
4. No harassment, hate, or threats
Do not bully, stalk, threaten, intimidate, shame, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want contact. Hate speech and attacks based on protected characteristics are prohibited.
5. No violence or dangerous activity
Do not threaten or glorify serious violence, encourage self-harm, display graphic violence, or use VMatch to coordinate illegal or dangerous activity. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
6. Authentic and honest use
- No impersonation, scams, fraud, extortion, payment solicitation, spam, or deceptive links.
- No bots, automated matching, account sharing, ban evasion, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
- Do not publish another person's private information or use information from a call to locate or harass them elsewhere.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may issue a warning, remove access to features, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban it. Serious safety violations can result in immediate restriction.
Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Abusing the reporting system can itself lead to enforcement. We aim to give affected users a reason for significant enforcement and a way to request review.
