For a safety concern, report review, account enforcement question, or Community Guidelines appeal, email safety@vmatch.live.
Include the account email, approximate date and time, and a concise description. Do not attach explicit imagery or unrelated personal information.
Privacy and personal data
For access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, or another privacy question, email privacy@vmatch.live.
Use the email associated with the account where possible. VMatch may request proportionate information to verify that a requester is entitled to the account data.
Technical context
For a technical problem that affects safety or account access, include the browser, operating system, device type, approximate time, and the action that failed. A screenshot can help when it does not contain another person's video, messages, or private information.
